Malisani Cave (Greek: Μελισσάνη) which contains a lake Malisani, Malisani cave in the island of Kefalonia is located in the northwest of Sami. Ionian Sea is located to the east with the Strait of Ithaca. There are forests that surround Ehv slope of the mountain to the west.
